Emily L. Robinson
Emily Robinson has dedicated her career to working to support immigrant communities and strengthen her practice of immigration law. She graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles where she was a Public Interest Scholar. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2012.
Emily opened her own practice in 2021. Prior to launching her innovative firm, she Co-founded and Co-directed the Loyola Immigrant Justice Clinic (LIJC) at Loyola Law School from its inception until June of 2020. In her capacity as Co-director of LIJC, Emily was responsible for training interns and law students to practice immigration law. She developed innovative courses and projects, and led efforts to grow the clinic through various grants and awards. She is presently an EOIR liaison for AILA So-Cal; is on the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Immigration Section Executive Committee and is one of the designated ICE liaisons; and the NLG-LA Immigration Committee’s Steering Committee and has spoken for AILA Southern California, ASISTA, AILA National, and for various bar associations, undergraduate and law school schools throughout the country.
